I changed my career path from working within a large customer service and sales business to my dream role, working with children. I worked through an apprenticeship and am now the Deputy Room Leader for the Cygnets Room.
The main reason for pursuing my dream is the passion I have for caring for their needs and facilitating their learning. It is so satisfying seeing the children thrive and grow.
