My recent post has been as a fully qualified teacher in a school Nursery, where I have worked since leaving university, and therefore I hold a BA (Hons) in ‘Primary Education - Early Years’.
I believe in ensuring that every child’s needs are met, and that learning is always inspired by children’s interests; full of excitement and new opportunities. This is crucial to ensure that every child grows to their full potential and is school ready.
I am a passionate and motivated individual and I love what I do.

I believe that learning in the early years should be engaging, playful and highly interactive and I love planning activities for children involving music, singing and dancing. I also recognise the importance of planning for the needs of each individual child to help them grow to their full potential.

I have been teaching for many years mainly in Leeds, as well as London for 3 years and Dubai for 4 years. I have always taught in pre-school as I find this is the perfect age group to explore and be adventurous while learning and having fun in the process. It is wonderful to see children excel in different areas as well as realise their own individuality and interests as they grow. I have always been passionate about teaching and seeing children reach their full potential.
I am a highly motivated individual, who is organised, hard-working and polite. My journey for joining the Swans Room begins here, and I am so excited!
