Parent Feedback Form

22 Street Lane Nursery is always looking for ways to enhance the setting in order to deliver outstanding practice. Listening to our parents and carers is an essential part of our ethos. We are therefore keen to hear your feedback and suggestions.

With this in mind we have created a ‘Parent Feedback Form’ to give parents / carers an opportunity to suggest ways in which 22 Street Lane Nursery can improve and also what we do that you like. This information helps us provide an outstanding and exciting learning environment for all of the children.

We thank all the parents who have fed back thus far however we look to encourage all parents/carers to complete a feedback form where possible as we value your opinion. The feedback form and responses are captured in our database and subsequently reviewed on a monthly basis. We will continue to analyse the results internally, update and track progress whilst implementing the feedback where possible with a view to providing the very best care for our children.
