I've also worked in various children’s holiday clubs, teaching children water sports and have worked as a private nanny across Europe with families in places such as Austria, France, Turkey and Greece. I have always enjoyed working with children, I love their spirit and how wonderfully honest they are. I find working with children, experiencing their transformations and sharing their joy when they learn or achieve something new, to be extremely rewarding.
Last year I took part in two Erasmus study trips in Sweden and Slovenia, and since returning, it had become a dream of mine to work in a Nursery offering Forest School sessions. I love the unique combination of outdoor education, environmental education and play that allow children to respond to the environment in their own way and to gain self-confidence. In my spare time I like to stay busy by exploring new places outside of Leeds on my motorbike, as well as group charity rides. Making skirts and dresses is a new skill I have recently begun learning and enjoying. I also enjoy long walks in the countryside and eating ice cream on the beach.

I am passionate about helping children to develop their personalities and watching them learn about the world in the process. Being part of that process is what I most enjoy when working with children. Therefore, I have worked with children, of various ages, as a volunteer for over a year in a private nursery in Venezuela. In my experience, I have learned that every child feels and understands the world differently. That is why I take care of knowing and adapting to each child to get the best out of them and to help them build their personality and confidence. I am excited to be working in 22 Street Lane Nursery helping the team and the parents!
In my spare time, I enjoyed playing tennis and performing folkloric dances. Also, I love spending time with my family travelling around the world and knowing different cultures.

Working alongside and in co-operation with children has always been a passion of mine and I have always aspired to have a child-centred career. I feel that working with 22 Street Lane will give me further knowledge and will enable me to pursue my dream career.
I have lots of previous experience working in a primary school with children from the ages of 4 up to 11, in addition to working 1:1 with children with special educational needs.

I am enthusiastic about working with children. I enjoy watching their individual personalities flourish and develop. I have experience as a teaching assistant in primary education. Specifically, I have worked in key stage one and key stage two. However, the majority of my experience is in early years which is my main passion.
I like being kept on my feet all day and inspiring creativity. From my experience I have learned that every day is different working with children which I enjoy. I look forward to joining the 22 Street Lane Nursery team.
