As someone who lives locally in Roundhay with my partner and two children, I found a real passion for cooking healthy and nutritious meals while cooking at home with my family. I love to use fresh ingredients to create exciting new recipes, which are infused with creativity to enhance the final dish.
I love using seasonal produce, and in my spare time, I like to head over to our allotment and pick out home-grown herbs and vegetables to use in my meals. Outside of work, I also I love trying different craft beers and I’m a great fan of Liverpool FC.
