Read MoreI’ve spent over a decade in the food industry and I’m incredibly passionate about producing high quality meals, most recently as head chef at a busy West Yorkshire bistro, before that I was Catering Manager at the City of Wakefield Golf Club.

During my career I have managed kitchens, recruiting, selecting, instructing and supervising staff. I have developed and marketed innovative menus, prepared a wide variety of dishes and organised events, both large and small. With each and every task, from food preparation to hygiene and safety, my priority is always customer satisfaction. I focus on taking the freshest, locally sourced ingredients to create wide-ranging dishes to the highest standards of taste and quality. I’m motivated, energetic and bring a blend of creativity, passion for food and exceptional skills to the kitchen.
As both a chef, and a father-of-four, I understand just how important it is for youngsters to enjoy a healthy, balanced diet. I enjoy creating meals that are both nutritious and delicious for the children at 22 Street Lane Nursery.
I have the pleasure of supporting both the kitchen and all the playrooms. I love my job and it is a pleasure to be part of the 22SLN team.
