Swans Brilliant Bakes: Spring Rolls
This week the Swans had so much fun making some very yummy spring rolls. Our Head Chef Chris came into the Swans Room to show us how to put them together.
The children independently cut the vegetables and arrange them into the pastry. They all enjoyed folding the pastry to make sure none of the vegetables fell out. After finishing the preparations the rolls were sent off to the kitchen to be cooked, but they were back before long so they could be enjoyed as an afternoon snack!
