Swans St. Andrew’s Church Visit

Our Swan children had a wonderful morning on Thursday, visiting the local church to meet Rev Tim at St Andrew’s Church, who read them a special Easter Story!
We all sat together nicely as Rev Tim used puppets to help tell the Easter tale, the children even took turns to hold the puppets. At the end of the story we had an amazing surprise as we saw a huge Easter Egg with a toy chick inside! Rev Tim then went on to explain why the egg is a symbol for Easter.
Finally, we had some yummy snacks and then set off back to the nursery where we talked about all the things we had seen on our adventures. We had a lovely time!
