Rosh Hashanah Celebrations

In celebration of Rosh Hashanah, the Jewish celebration of Creation last week, the children at 22 Street Lane took part in lots of themed activities and spent time learning more about the traditions of the holiday.

For example, the Goslings made paintings using real chopped apples as a brush to spread the paint around the paper. They also collected and mixed various natural materials, such as sticks, in the paint for effect. The children also had a lot of fun creating traditional ‘Shana Tova’ cards to take home to their families too!
