Peely Wally Storytime

The Gosling children have loved the book ‘Peely Wally’ this week! The story is about a bird called Peely Wally who’s egg is lost in the jungle. When the egg eventually makes its way back to Peely Wally, the egg begins to crack and there is a baby Peely Wally who is small and spotty.

We have been doing a range of activities to recreate the story such as making spotty eggs, creating Peely Wally with different materials and designing our own character props to support when reading the story.
