Pancake Day 2021

Happy Pancake Day! 🥞

Today at the nursery, the children have all celebrated Pancake Day in various ways. The Cygnets took turns to measure out and mix all the ingredients needed for pancake batter, as well as later designing their own ‘pretend pancakes’ in the tuff tray and topping them with different pieces of lemon-scented playdough.

They also had the chance to try pieces of lemon and lime as a snack, as this is something lots of the children have on their pancakes at home!
