Local Police Visit

As part of their ‘People Who Help Us’ topic, the Swans had a very special visit from the Police! The children were so excited and asked lots of questions, including:

“How do you find the bad people?”
“Where do you take the bad people to?”

The officers showed the children their uniform, including the hat, radio and protective vest which the children got to try on! They took a trip to the car park in small groups to have a look inside the police car, and even turned the emergency blue lights on!

The kind officers left some activity sheets for the Swans, which the children loved, and lots have said they would like to work as a Police Officer when they grow up!
