FRANCE: Country of the Month
This month, we will be learning about France as our Country of the Month. France is located in Western Europe and is bordered by the English Channel and Bay of Biscay. France is known for its stunning landmarks and attractions such as the Eiffel Tower, the Cathedral of Notre Dame and the Arc de Triomphe.
The children will have the opportunity to learn about the country’s culture and history, as well as learning some keywords in French too! We’ll also be learning about the famous landmarks of France too through different messy play activities.
We will also be holding a French-themed day on Wednesday 14th July, in line with the French National Day. We are inviting the children to come dressed up in anything French related, this could be holiday clothes or in the colours of the French flag.
