ATW: Exploring Nature

As we begin our new ‘Around the World in 30 Days’ programme at the nursery, the rooms have already been busy exploring ‘Nature’ as the first theme this month. The Chicklets enjoyed exploring the natural flower tuff tray, where they had the opportunity to enjoy feeling the texture of the flowers and leaves, and they especially enjoyed pulling the petals off the flowers.

Over in the safari jungle tray, the children examined water, dried flowers, leaves and different bugs you’d find in this environment. The children enjoyed exploring the different textures in the tray and splashing in the water. They have also been looking at other natural environments like rivers, snow and deserts.
