Children can feel the freedom of being outdoors in the fresh air, exploring the natural treasures that are constantly changing throughout the seasons.
22 Street Lane Nursery recognise the benefits of the children being outdoor for sustained periods of time to allow children to learn whilst developing their physical and mental health. We provide daily opportunities to play outdoors for all our children come rain or shine.
Teaching children outdoors encourages curiosity and stimulates all the senses in a way that indoor learning simply cannot do.
By participating through engagement, motivating and achievable tasks and activities in a woodland environment children are encouraged to develop their confidence, social skills and communication.
