I have enjoyed working in childcare these past few years and have always had great enthusiasm for caring for and teaching children. Whilst in school I spent my evenings and weekends coaching the younger children dance and cheerleading which helped develop a passion for working with children.
I take great satisfaction from seeing the children develop whilst in my care and find observing their progress very rewarding.
In my spare time I enjoy spending time with my friends and family as well as cheerleading for my team and attending classes at the local gym.

Read MoreI previously studied Media at university, but in my final year deciding to work with children was what I truly wanted to do. I started my childcare journey working for a small nursery in Ascot where I was a trainee, and a year later I qualified, progressing to becoming the Room Leader of the Pre-School.
I relocated to Leeds to be closer to my family and friends. I love building relationships with all of the children and watching them learn and grow.
I have been keen to work with children since I was very young and have always loved learning how children play and grow.
Read MoreI have been keen to work with children since I was very young as my mother was a childminder. Due to this from a young age, I was learning how children learn, play and grow into their own personalities. Straight from secondary school, I gained my Level 3 qualification in 'Children’s Care, Learning and Development in Child Development' . I enjoyed working in a lovely nursery for a year before then going to university to study 'Primary Education -Early Years' and gaining my BA (Hons).
From gaining my qualifications I have spent the last 6 years at a primary school. In my first three years, I taught as a Year 1 teacher but knew that Early Years was my passion and have spent the last three years as a Reception teacher. I am now very excited to join the 22 Street Lane Team in Swans room to be a part of your child's learning journey.
I have always loved working with children, witnessing their growth and their personalities develop, and I am excited to get started!
